Whenever you see this icon: on the site, it means you can click on it to send anonymous email to that user. The email you send will not contain your email address, therefore it is anonymous!
#2 How does the person receiving my email respond to me?
In the email they receive, there will be a link back to the website where they will have the ability to send mail to you, also anonymously.
#3 Can I block or unblock receiving anonymous email?
Yes! Just go to the page, to change your user settings, and look for the "Block Anonymous Email" option. NOTE: By blocking anonymous email, you will not be able to send Anonymous Email either.
#4 What if I want to email the person directly?
Just send them your real email address, and then they can respond to you directly, if they choose.
#5 What if there is no Anon Email icon for a particular entry when looking at a dollar bill report?
This means that that entry was entered by a non-registered user, or that user has decided to block anonymous email.
