Added a 'Total Hits' column to the YOUR BILLS Yearly and Monthly Breakdown report sections.

Added a META-REFRESH header tag when the database is being refreshed for the YOUR BILLS DETAIL, LAST HIT TIMER, and ZIP CODE HIT DETAIL reports. These pages will automatically refresh when the estimated database refresh is complete.

Added automatic Hit Counter to all bill reports for Friends of Where's George? users. In order to create or update the hit numbers, the 'Hits By State' report needs to be refreshed.

Added the 'Hit Finder' page for Friends of Where's George? users. This page finds your latest hit, as well as any 'number' hit you might be searching for (i.e. 'what is my 500th hit?'.

Changed the 'daily' refresh schedule to a 'weekly' refresh schedule. Most users still have the same number of refresh available, only they are counted 'per week', instead of 'per day'. You can run all your weekly refreshes the same day, or spread them out during the week however you desire. A 'week' is defined as 'the last seven days' and is not a calendar week. Upgraded the dynamic menu system to support more browsers and more current technology. If you are having problems with the new menu, simply click the 'refresh' or 'reload' button on your browser, or close and restart your browser or computer, and the new menu should properly load.
